Chi-town

I just came back from a work trip in Chicago and I had a wonderful time. I had the opportunity to stay over the weekend and explore the city. I marveled at the architectural wonders, the beautiful art scene and the Navy Pier. I also went off the beaten path and discovered amazing restaurants, secret gardens and friendly watering holes. Chicago is a wonderful city, especially during the Springtime and Summer, which is the best time to visit.
During the first week while I was there it was pretty cold, and it got nice and warm with that cool breeze from Lake Michigan. I was able to to lose the jacket and wear my overalls from H&M I bought about 2 months ago with a crop top. I haven’t worn a crop in over 10 years!

Acabo de regresar de Chicago y la pasé de maravilla. Tuve la oportunidad de quedarme el fin de semana y explorar la ciudad. Estuve maravillada con la arquiitectura, el arte y el Muelle, pero tambien me desvié y descubrí restaurantes fantásticos, jardines secretos y barras amistosas. Chicago es una ciudad encantadora, especialmente durante la Primavera y el Verano, las mejores épocas para visitar.
Durante la primera semana de mi estadía estuvo bastante frío, pero ya para el fin de semana estaba más templado con una refrescante brisa del lago Michigan. Pude quitarme el jacket y ponerme un jumper de H&M que compré hace como 2 meses con una camisa corta, un estilo que no he usado hace más de 10 años!
