Donde está El Morro? (Where is El Morro?)

More on my vacation to Puerto Rico where I acted like a serious tourist. I love that I’m able to come back to the island I called home for 22 years and experience it in a completely different light. Old San Juan may be somewhat of a tourist trap, but if you’re willing to walk the cobblestone streets through the alleys I guarantee you’ll find hidden gems, like thewonderful wall art on my previous post and the Nuyorican Café, where you can dance salsa all night long and have really affordable drinks. In this post, I visited La Plaza del Totem, the National Cemetery near the Fort (El Morro) and the general north side of the Historic Downtown.

Of course I had to switch to sandals. My heels poked through the grass here and if I were to twist my ankle here, I would have landed in the cemetery!

What I wore:
Tank Top: Old Navy
Printed pants: H&M (old) similar H&M pants
Heels: Lorita from Shoedazzle
Hat: Thrifted
Bracelets: Zara and Thrifted
Envelope Clutch: Asos (old) similar here
