A day in the Park

I spent such a wonderful peaceful day at this beach park in Puerto Rico, the Escambron Beach Club. It has a great hall, where I once dreamed my wedding would be (an offer from a beach resort changed my mind), it also has  lush trails and of course the beach. Nothing beats swaying palm trees … More A day in the Park

Caribbean Art Deco

One of my favorite buildings is in the Downtown San Juan district known as Santurce. This building was built in 1947 as the center for Comunications in Puerto Rico. It’s Art Deco style and historical significance has deemed the building worthy of the National Preservation Society.  Outfit T-shirt: H&M Shorts: Express Sandals: Express 3 chain bracelet: Asos … More Caribbean Art Deco

I love you, Mom! … More To my Mother

I lived on the island of Puerto Rico for 22 yrs and I practically lived in sundresses and shorts all year long, especially when I went through my wannabe surfer phase in College.
